I have 2 mobile phones. One is a T-Mobile MDA Vario (UK). This is great for the web and email on the move (especially as I work away from home during the week, with no Internet access after work hours). It also does sat nav, and enables me to upload to this blog.
The other is a Sony Ericsson K750, which is great at calls and txt, and has a great 2 megapixel camera as well as java based games (I'm addicted to mini golf!). At times this is the easier handset to have in my pocket.
I like both, but for different reasons.

Four years a long time in IT
I updated my web site today. I realised it was 4 years since it had been seriously looked at.
In 2002 I didn't have broadband, web design was all tables and Flash, VOIP for the masses didn't exist, and my mobile could only handle calls and txt. Wonder what the IT lanscape will look like in another 4 years?

George Best Night

In May Utd supporters held an event that would have celebrated George Best's 60th birthday. I had the honour of picking George's dad, sister and brother in law up from the airport. It was easy to see where George got his charm from!
The event raised money for the George Best Foundation. Check out www.georgebest.com for more details.
Starting again
