You can buy software such as Tom Rom, CoPilot or Destinator for your Windows (and some Symbian based) mobile, but if your car already has in built DVD based sat nav (and a lot do these days), then you won't want to buy another piece of sat nav software. Standalone camera detection devices such as Road Angel can work out expensive as it's subscription based.
However the Windows Mobile site Modaco has released Cameraware, which for twenty pounds inculdes a lifetime subscription to an updated camera database. It works with BT GPS devices, just like Tom Tom. For more information head to this Modaco forum thread.
